Background

In March 1997 Shri. Ajay Patel of Rajesh Builders invited few realtors for a picnic.The idea of forming a group of like minded people was born.The main purpose was to help each other. The Association of Real Estate Agents was thus formed on 16th June 1997 with 35 founder members.The founder President was Shri. Vajubhai Makwana.

Present Situation

In the last five years, we have come a long way from being a group of 35 members to a strong community of 180 people, all dedicated members of the Real Estate fraternity from Borivali, Kandivali & Dahisar. In these five years, AREA Group has become a very strong community of likeminded realtors and has interacted positively with the Real Estate industry. It has been instrumental in bringing the builders, brokers and other people related to this industry together on a common platform and improve fellowship amongst all the members.
